Train 321, LLC. complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The online training and platform do not prohibit learners from having assistance in the study of courses and/or examinations. The learner may have another party read, translate or operate the computer. There are no special medical requests needed. The learner may not have assistance with the actual selection of the exam answers. The learner may communicate the answer to the other party to click the chosen answer on the online exam. Any needs outside of these policies and procedures are not anticipated. Learners protected by the ADA do not need permission from Train 321 prior to purchasing or taking any of its courses. Train 321 will make any reasonable accommodations necessary to comply with the law.
